Open to those with a bachelor’s degree in any field, the Master of Public Health in Global Health (MPH) degree at St. YSB体育APP develops transformational leaders compelled to advance the well-being of all people. Grounded in a global perspective and social justice lens, this program is for students who are interested in reducing health disparities and addressing disease prevention locally and globally.

• Describe the relationship between social determinants of health and inequities
• Discuss historical structural racism and colonialism and how it impacts health
• Identify the ways in which policies may reduce or increase social and health inequities
• Propose sustainable and evidence-based multi-sectoral interventions, considering social determinants of health specific to a local area
• Analyze relationships and resources of entities influencing global health
• Develop communication strategies for different audiences and sectors
